Roasted Drink & Snack Shack and Dosed Drinks, are creations of longtime local entrepreneur and former owner of Yabba Dabbas House of Glass, Heather Dabbas. Her passion for quality, community, and creative concepts shapes the welcoming experience Roasted is known for today.
Meet Heather & Tori
Heather
Heather previously owned and operated Yabba Dabbas House of Glass, in Davenport, Bettendorf, Moline and Rock Island, which she sold in 2025. She started Dosed in the fall of 2025 and then Roasted Drink & Snack Shack, which opened in January of 2026.
Tori
Tori is the workhorse backbone at the Roasted Drink & Snack Shack. She's a fun loving, no-nonsense type of lady...perfect for the East Moline crowd;). Stop by and say hello!
